Pivotal Greenplum Command Center > Query Monitor tab doesn't display current queries and also, an error message is seen at the top of the page
Updates stalled: [200: parsererror SyntaxError: Unexpected token in JSON at position xxxxx] (queries)
The main GUI page makes an AJAX call in the background. The problem is caused by the incorrect JSON object returned by the background page http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:28080/gpcc_v1/queries. When you open a page by itself, you can get the JSON object that breaks the formatting rules. In this case, it was a result of a Polish character used in the comments of the SQL query. That characters were encoded (Example:
słowniku is encoded as
s\u142owniku ) and using a backslash notation breaks a JSON formatting.
For now, please refrain from using any special characters in the query. Also, there is a Jira open for this bug CMDR-2012.
