Pivotal Cloud Foundry: 1.10, 1.11
When your deployment includes more than one tile, you are not able to view the logs for your deployment by clicking on "Changelog" on the Ops Manager Installation Dashboard. You will see the following error:
500 An error occurred.

This 500 error won't kill the Ops Manager or Bosh in any way. You can click on Changelog, but not the logs for any specific deployment/install.
Here, the logs themselves come from Bosh, and the product GUID is not appended to the log ID for migrating variables, thus giving us more than one ID. We are working on fixing this issue; in the meantime, there is a workaround available.
This issue is fixed is Pivotal Cloud Foundry 1.11. Upgrading to 1.11.1 will fix this for future logs. For logs generating during 1.10, use the workaround below:

.txt to the URL for the log to download it as a raw text file.
