Pivotal: Organization View

Customers can log into their Pivotal Support account and see all their own  tickets as well as tickets from their organization (if organization is set up to allow viewing tickets across the organization).  If your organization is not configured to share tickets please contact customer-service@pivotal.io 

Step 1: Sign-in to Pivotal Support account at support.pivotal.io

Step 2: Select the menu drop down under their name (upper right hand side of page)

 

Step 3: Select "My Activities" (shows their own requests): 

 

Step 4https://support.pivotal.io/hc/en-us/requests

 

 Step 5: Scroll down to bottom of page and select "Organization Requests" (shows all their organization tickets)
