How to change the email address associated with Pivotal Web Services (PWS) account?

Pivotal Web Services (PWS): All versions

Purpose

You signed up for PWS account using one email address and would like to change it to another email address.

Procedure

Here are the steps to change your email address:

  1. Navigate to https://login.run.pivotal.io/ in your web browser.
  2. If you are not already logged in, log in to PWS using your current email address and credentials.
  3. In the upper right corner, click your email address and select My Account from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on Change, located beside your email address.
  5. You will be asked to confirm your intention to change your email address, click I understand, do it anyway to continue.
  6. Enter your new email address and click Change email address. You should shortly receive an email at your new address.
  7. When you receive the email, click the link inside to verify your new address.
  8. When the process is complete, you should see a green confirmation message displayed on the screen.

That's it, your email has been updated and you can now use it to login to PWS!
