EH/SP Customers: How to Register for Pivotal Support

Welcome to Pivotal Support! 

To receive technical support, your registration is required so we can recognize your company's support entitlement under your Pivotal Software Support Contract. 

To register for Pivotal Support you need to first visit the Pivotal Support Portal.  Please select the “Sign In” option located at the top right corner of the page. 

 

Once on the "Sign In" page, please select “Create Account” and fill in all the required fields on the following page.

  • Signing up with your corporate email address is required.  
  • In accordance with security best practices, please ensure that you have a strong password for your SSO account. 

Once you have finished this step, a verification email is sent to the email address used for registration, and you will be required to click on a verification link inside. The verification email will be sent by no-reply@run.pivotal.io

After verifying your account there is one last step to complete by inputting the additional information listed below:

 

 

 

  • Pivotal Customer Number(PCN): Your Pivotal Customer Number is used to verify your Support subscription. You can locate it in your Order Confirmation letter from Pivotal upon purchasing a Support contract.
  • As an EH/SP customer, you will receive your PCN in the EH/SP Pivotal Onboarding given to your company. However, if you do not have access to this information or are unsure of your support identifier, please reach out to within your company to the responsible party for this transaction.

If you neglect to add your Pivotal Customer Number (PCN) or Location Reference Number (LRN) during registration, you will need to contact us to add it to your account manually. Without this support entitlement, you will not be able to apply a Severity level to your support request.
