Admin Credentials Cannot Successfully Log on to All Windows Diego Cells


Pivotal Cloud Foundry 1.12.13 and above

Windows Runtime for Pivotal Application Service (PAS) 1.12.3 and older


You have configured an Administrator's password. You made sure you are using the correct password when you try to log on to the Windows Diego Cell using Remote Desktop or any other console. You noticed that the credentials were accepted only to one or few Windows Diego Cell but not for all of them.


This is a known bug in PCF Runtime for Windows or PAS 1.12.3 and older. This has been fixed on version 1.12.4 and later. To resolve this issue please upgrade to 1.12.4 and higher.
