App Autoscaling UI not Displaying Correctly

Environment 

  • App Autoscaler
  • Pivotal Application Services all versions

Symptom 

The App Autoscaling UI will not display correctly. Instead, a blank screen is displayed after creating a new service instance.

Cause

The customer is using an old version of the browser. 

Resolution

Customer needs to upgrade to the latest version of the browser they are using.

Impact

There is no known impact or risk associated with upgrading your browser.

Additional Information

Apps Manager is compatible with the current and recent versions of all major browsers. Pivotal recommends using the current version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari for the best Apps Manager experience.
