For PCF developer

1. After binding service instance to app, check instance URI by using 'cf env'.

$ cf env APP_NAME
...
"credentials": {
"access_token_uri": "https://p-spring-cloud-services.uaa.SYSTEM_DOMAIN/oauth/token",
"client_id": "p-config-server-497b6620-b797-42b7-bbc0-3767faa0199d",

"uri": "https://config-GUID.APP_DOMAIN"
},

2. Access the instance at /info endpoint, check 'version' value, no authorization is required.

$ curl https://config-GUID.APP_DOMAIN/info
{"version":"10","git":{"commit":{"time":1519034739000,"id":"c206acd"},"branch":"HEAD"},"build":{"version":"1.5.2-build.9","artifact":"spring-cloud-config-server","name":"config-server","group":"io.pivotal.spring.cloud","time":1519038078000}}
